Aerobic
Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in the body's metabolic or energy-generating process.

Aerobic exercise is physical exercise that intends to improve the oxygen system. Many types of exercise are aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time. Exercise in which oxygen is used up more quickly than the body is able to replenish it inside the working muscle.

Aerobic exercise promotes the circulation of oxygen through the blood. Examples of aerobic exercise include running, swimming and cycling.
