GYM FACILITIES:
The members will get access to the whole of the Gym instruments.
It will include cardio section, ball equipments and steam bath once in a week
It will include alocker facility for first 100 members free of charge.
A free advise from a dietician will be available mostly oncein a week.
Members will be issued an identity card which they will have to bring with them.
A coach will assisthim/her personally on each session.
Normal sessions will be of 45 minutes only. It will include warming up,cooling
down and main course exercise.
They will be randomly assigned to the time slaughts and they willhave to accept
the time slaught allotted to them.
