TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Members must agree to the rules.

 

2. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate membership for breach of the rules, or conduct which, in the proprietor's opinion, is damaging to the character or interests of the club or offensive to other members or staff.

 

3. Whilst using the club facilities all Members accept responsibility for their state of health and physical condition.

 

4. Members behavior in the club must not constitute a security or safety hazard to themselves or others in the club

 

5. The proprietors' liability for damage or loss to Members' property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered

as a direct result of the negligence of proprietors or their staff.

 

6. No pets will be allowed in the club or its grounds with the exception of guide dogs.

 

7. Entry to the club is permitted only at the club reception entrance.

 

8. The proprietors may at any time withdraw all or any part of the club facilities for any period or periods where and when it may be deemed necessary for repair, maintenance, alteration or for safety reasons or alternative use.

 

9. Cars must be parked correctly in the car park giving due attention and priority to disabled users. No liability is accepted for loss or damage to cars or property and is left solely at the owners risk.

 

10. No illegal gaming and betting shall be allowed in the club or on the premises.

 

11. Please leave all bags and outdoor clothing in the lockers provided.

 

12. These rules apply to all Black Panthers - The Fighter’s Club member Individual clubs may have additional rules relating to that club only and a copy of these will be given to the Member prior to signature.

 

13. Black Panthers - The Fighter’s Club member the right to charge a visit fee in the event that a member uses a club which is not the one they are registered with.
